Village Park Homes Responding to Buyer Demand in Bluffton
As the president and chief operating officer of Village Park Homes, Richard Schwartz (previously of Charlotte, NC) manages all homebuilding and community development activities. Thanks in part to an uptick in the real estate market in 2015, Richard Schwartz’s company is experiencing record growth.
Village Park Homes is a regional homebuilder in the Bluffton, South Carolina, area. Expanding from two communities to 12 in a short time, the company is in the process of building more homes to meet the buyer demand in the region. This growth in the developing market has a positive impact on the local economy, as well, as building one home provides up to 50 jobs.
Even when builders like Village Park Homes work steadily to build homes in an area, keeping up with buyer demand is sometimes a challenge. “The buyers are coming in so quickly, that we can't put up some of the houses fast enough in some of the communities," says Mr. Schwartz.
Despite rapidly growing new home sales, prices are still favorable. Village Park Homes in Bluffton range from $200,000 to $350,000. In addition, the builder offers many different types of communities featuring modest home choices to luxury models to suit the needs of all types of buyers in various budget ranges.
